Má Vltava – a ballet by the Bubeníček brothers at Veltrusy Chateau

Experience a unique open-air ballet performance by leading European soloists, choreographed by Jiří Bubeníček, at Veltrusy Chateau.
The evening begins with a showcase of classical ballet highlights, complemented by two original choreographies by Jiří Bubeníček. Audiences can look forward to a duet from The Piano, originally created for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, and a trio from Zwischen den Welten, which will premiere in April 2025 with the German company Thüringer Staatsballett.
The second part of the evening will feature three excerpts from Bedřich Smetana’s ballet Má vlast (My Country) – specifically, the sections Šárka, Tábor, and Vltava.
